Campus IT has announced a storage outage affecting ResearchDrive: https://outages.doit.wisc.edu/outage/28C3AD8B7A024CCFABDCB336F5166FAF

HTC users who read and write data to Research Drive from their jobs (using `pelican://chtc.wisc.edu/researchdrive/` URLs) may experience job failures or jobs going on hold.
